CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Returns Accepted (within 15 days after delivery). / Full refund applies.
- Item must be return in its original condition for full refund.
- Damaged / defective products are refunded by providing evidence (photos).
- If item arrive damaged we are happy to send a free replacement (Please send a message before open case , we are happy to resolving issues with customers.
- The customer should be able to cancel their order within at least 2 hours and full refund can be send.
- We recommend providing tracking number when customer returns an order.
