CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Returns Accepted (within 15 days after delivery). / Full refund applies.
  • Item must be return in its original condition for full refund.
  • Damaged / defective products are refunded by providing evidence (photos).
  • If item arrive damaged we are happy to send a free replacement (Please send a message before open case , we are happy to resolving issues with customers.
  • The customer should be able to cancel their order within at least 2 hours and full refund can be send.
  • We recommend providing tracking number when customer returns an order.
